Was at the shopping mall when I remembered that my home girl worked at one of the shops. I hit her up and she comes through, but surprisingly with a friend. First thought on the friend – that’s one beautiful reserved girl😩 but I didn’t pay much attention to it at that time because I mistook her for a “too cute to be single” kinda girl. It wasn’t until later that day that my hommie lowkey hinted that her friend was single 👀. Didn’t waste a minute getting the friend’s number😂 and a few days down the line, we were on our first date. One date led to another and a year later on the 20th of June, our beautiful journey began.

Side note- my home girl recently confessed that on that fateful day, she intentionally set us both on a blind meet-up😂 Honestly, we all need that one hommie🙌🏾
